Job Description	:	Associates in this position actively participate in one or more phases of the systems development life-cycle. Associates in this position may need to employ in-depth computer graphics skills to develop aesthetic presentations, collages, images, graphical user interfaces, flash movies, icons, screens that become components to customer products. It is very likely that associates in this position will have to perform these tasks directly without support from senior or junior members of the team with managerial supervision.
Academic Profile	:	Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Mathematics or Engineering.
Professional Profile	:	- Three (3) months of full time post baccalaureate professional (not academic) experience in       - Macromedia and/or Adobe Suite       - Macromedia Flash & Action scripting       - Macromedia Fireworks and/or Adobe Photoshop       - Macromedia Freehand and/or Adobe illustrator       - Microsoft Publisher and/or Adobe Page Maker - In-depth knowledge and skills in developing       - Collages       - Animations       - Cartoons       - Presentation Videos       - PowerPoint Templates       - Macromedia Flash Intensive GUIs       - Logos       - Icons       - Color Themes       - Web Page Templates       - Document Templates - Exceptional aesthetic and analytical skills. - Superior sketching, storyboarding and speaking skills.
