Associates in this position are required to gain functional expertise in a specific product. They will be provided indepth training and drills to understand the functionality of the system. They will then be placed as help desk engineers to directly interact with the end-users and to assist them with the products. They will also be required to open help desk tickets for difficulties encountered by the end-users that cannot be solved by them. |

- Three (3) months of full time post baccalaureate professional (not academic) experience and the following - Ability to attend calls from end users in the United States and Canada - Ability to converse in english with good telephone etiquettes - Problem solving ability - Must have undergone american accent training - Ability to document issues in American English and to respond to help desk email queries - Computer literacy (windows and web applications, search engines, browser settings) |
